I am sorry I missed your question from last hour--I really was not purposefully ignoring you. :)
You can join whenever you want! This is totally loose--life happens and many people do not make it 24 hours--I am one of those people. Read when you can, blog when you want, do mini-challenges when you want-it is totally up to you!!
